Preventive Maintenance Program To investigate and conduct detailed diagnosis to prevent deterioration of testing instruments. The engineer will adjust the alignment of the internal devices and check the operation of the sensors. Parts of the machines have different life cycles such as bearings, electronic circuits, heaters, temperature gauges, sensors and others. We will check the conditions of these parts and replace the bad ones to prevent machine breakdown during operation.
Modification To refurbish and upgrade legacy instruments. Old instruments that have been used for a long time usually do not have supply of spare parts. We can make modifications so that our own spare parts can be used. We will remove the electronics and most of the internal parts and replace with new and modern ones. Refurbishment also comes with a software and touchscreen options. The price is only 20-30% of the purchase of a new device.
Emergency Call We can dispatch our engineers to solve specific problems in the event of a sudden breakdown. We have spare parts enough in our warehouse. Also, we can provide consultation via telephone or remote access through computer.
Consultation We provide consultation on how to use and maintain the instruments, so that the machines can produce the most consistent and accurate results, with least deviation. We provide analysis on problems occurred during operations and recommend the best solutions to best match the need of the users while considering all aspects such as down time and service time, usage frequency, and budget.
